❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
What’s not to love? You have a cookie crust with Oreos and brownies, and those are all things we think are very delicious! You can easily make these by using a homemade brownie recipe; if you want to do that, we suggest the Lunch Lady Brownies, but you can use a mix just like we did in this recipe. Super versatile!
🍴KEY INGREDIENTS
- 18.3-ounce brownie mix of your choice (made for a 9X13)
- vegetable oil
- eggs
- 1 large tube of cookie dough (30 ounces)
- Water
- Oreos (we used the double stuff)
SWAPS
You could switch up a few things in this recipe, such as changing up the Oreos. You could use the chocolate mint, birthday cake, vanilla, etc. That would change the taste some. You could add nuts to the brownie mix too.
🍽️HOW TO MAKE
Since we are using all premade stuff to make these brownies, it’s really such a simple recipe. You really just have to make up the brownie mix.
COOKING STEPS
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9X13 baking dish. Set it aside. You could also line your baking dish with parchment paper is you like.
Step 2
Mix together with a spoon, brownie mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until combined and set aside.
Step 3
Press cookie dough into the bottom of the baking pan.
Step 4
Top cookie dough with Oreos, you may need to cut a few to make sure the surface is covered.
Step 5
Pour brownie mix over Oreos, making sure it’s even. You may need to spread this with a spoon.
Step 6
Bake for 38-42 minutes. You will want to test the center with a toothpick or fork to make sure they are done. It should come out clean. If you want them to be gooey then you will want them to be a little less done and you will have a little chocolate on the toothpick.
Step 7
Let brownies cool for around an hour before slicing.
⭐TIP
If you want a gooey brownie, take them out of the oven a little early and don’t overcook them. If you like your brownies warm, just put them in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
RECIPE VARIATIONS
