Description
Easy Mango Salsa is going to be your new favorite summer recipe! Serve with chips as an appetizer or on grilled chicken or fish!
- 3 medium mangos, diced
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 jalapeno, diced
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Optional – 1 tablespoon granulated, or more to taste
- In a medium bowl combine the mango, red bell pepper, garlic, cucumber, jalapeno, onion, sugar, salt, lime juice, and cilantro. Stir to combine and add more sugar if desired.
- Serve immediately.

Store airtight for up to 3 days
Serving ideas: with chips, on top of grilled chicken, fish or pork, on a salad, or a taco.
